VIRTUALIZATION AND INTEGRATION

Lower your technology costs through Virtualization.

As your business grows, the need for additional servers to run critical business applications can become very costly.

Server Virtualization and integration provides numerous benefits. Among the most advantageous to small-to-medium size businesses are

  • Lower total operational cost.
  • Reduces the number of physical servers a company must have on its premises
  • Cuts down on energy consumption
  • More efficient utilization of physical servers.
  • Provide affordable

What is the Server Virtualization ?

Virtualization is the idea of taking a physical server and, with the help of virtualization software, partitioning the server, or dividing it up, so that it appears as several “virtual servers,” each of which can run their copy of an operating system. In this way, rather than the entire server dedicated to one thing, it can be used in several different ways.

Virtualization can increase IT agility, flexibility and scalability while creating significant cost savings. Greater workload mobility, increased performance and availability of resources, automated operations – they’re all benefits of virtualization that make IT simpler to manage and less costly to own and operate.

Type of Server Virtualization

DESKTOP VIRTUALISATION

Desktop virtualization allows the users’ OS to be remotely stored on a server in the data centre. It allows the user to access their desktop virtually, from any location by a different machine.

HARDWARE VIRTUALISATION

Virtualizing a server allows for a better division of resources, as it lets the administrator divide one physical server into multiple virtual servers. These virtual servers can then be used to run a distinct operating system and any applications needed.

APPLICATION VIRTUALISATION

Application virtualization helps a user to have remote access of an application from a server. The server stores all personal information and other characteristics of the application but can still run on a local workstation through the internet.
